A maximum of two participating students per poster can attend. Additional authors may still be named on the poster.
Complete event surveyA reserved contingent is available at the Sleep Well Youth Hostel in central Brussels until the deadline.
Accommodation detailsIf two students attend, upload one clearly labelled joint headshot using both surnames. A signed consent form is required.

Yes. Up to two participating students per selected poster can attend the event in Brussels. Please register the second participant via the event survey by 13 August 2026.
Yes. Additional authors may be named on the poster itself, but a maximum of two students per poster can participate in person.
Participants and mentors are responsible to book and pay for their travel and accommodation arrangements. However, many universities are interested in this kind of event which provides visibility and great networking opportunities, so you might want to check with your supervisor/university administration if any financial support is available.
Book directly with the Sleep Well Youth Hostel using the booking reference GF26321 PiB Students Group. The reserved contingent expires on 15 August 2026; guests book and pay independently.
Yes. All three online preparatory workshops: poster design, feedback on poster design, and poster pitch training sessions are mandatory and free of charge. Exact dates and joining links will be published once confirmed.
On 9 November participants arrive in Brussels; an informal gathering is planned for the evening (details to follow). On 10 November the poster exhibition runs 12:30–14:30 in the Paul-Henri Spaak Building, followed by a guided tour of the European Parliament (details to follow) and the evening reception at 18:00 at the Representation of Lower Saxony to the European Union.
