Participants who are already in Brussels on 9 November are warmly invited to join an informal get-together at Wolf Sharing Food Market Bruxelles.Tables have been reserved for 19:00 CET. This is a chance to meet fellow participants before the official programme begins. Food and drinks are self-paid.
Students should arrive by 11:00 AM for security clearance, well before the poster exhibition begins at 12:30 PM.

Yes. Up to two participating students per selected poster can attend the event in Brussels.
Yes. Additional authors may be named on the poster itself, but a maximum of two students per poster can participate in person.
Participants and mentors are responsible to book and pay for their travel and accommodation arrangements. However, many universities are interested in this kind of event which provides visibility and great networking opportunities, so you might want to check with your supervisor/university administration if any financial support is available.

Participants may arrive in Brussels on 9 or 10 November, depending on their travel plans. The informal get-together on the evening of 9 November is entirely optional and intended only for participants who are already in Brussels by then.
On 10 November, the poster exhibition runs from 12:30-14:30 CET in the Paul-Henri Spaak Building, followed by a guided tour of the European Parliament. The evening reception starts at 18:00 CET at the Representation of Lower Saxony to the European Union. Details for the informal get-together and guided tour will follow.
