Supervisors

Supervisors play a central role in Posters in Brussels: helping students translate their research into an accessible scientific poster and a concise, policy-facing pitch — without losing academic accuracy.

What supervisors need to do

Support the student’s academic accuracy and clear communication
Help connect the research to its societal or policy relevance
Encourage attendance at all three preparatory workshops
Review the poster before the final submission deadline
Ensure all authors are credited appropriately
